Phone reception is generally poor in Seabrook. WIFI calling should be possible at the property and there are additional hotspots of signal by the cannon in the village, and out towards Bolt Tail. But otherwise…..enjoy a digital detox! :-)

Yes! One well behaved dog is welcome, with an additional fee of £30 per booking. If you have additional dogs, this may be possible, but please speak with Toad Hall first.

Yes! We have a facility for outdoor charging via an external mains socket, though it’s not a dedicated electric charger. Charging electric vehicles incurs an additional fee of £20 per booking.

Seabrook has five bedrooms (small super-king, kingsize, kingsize, twin and bunk). Seabrook sleeps 10 people.

Seabrook has three bathrooms (master ensuite, family bathroom, wet room). And an outdoor shower too!

Our heat source is air-source heat pump and solar panels. We have an outdoor electrical socket for charging your electric vehicle at a small additional charge. Speak to Toad Hall Cottages for more info. if required.

There are just 3 steps between the open-plan living area and most of the bedrooms. From the car parking area there are 3 steps up to the front door, or just 1 step up to the wrap around deck which has level access to the living area.
