Nestled above the brook in Hope Cove, Seabrook’s stylish self-catering accommodation sleeps up to 10 people. With a sunny South-facing garden, wrap-around deck, big dual-aspect bifold windows and a hot-tub Seabrook encourages seamless indoor/outdoor living. With views of sheep on the green hillside and over the roof-tops to the waves crashing against Bolt Tail, there’s stunning vistas all day long.

The only problem is you’ll find it hard to venture out to the 2 sandy beaches at the end of the road, or any of the other delights that the breath-taking South Hams has to explore.

  • Seabrook is designed to maximise the potential for open-plan entertaining. The breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen and dining areas. Adjacent to the dining space is the lounge, with large corner sofa and bench seating. Bifold doors run the length of the living and dining space to the South and West, making the most of the views and light.

    Through the kitchen there’s a utility room with washing machine, dryer and additional fridge, backdoor, with access to the parking area, and a micro-cement wet room.

    There are just 3 steps between the living space and most of the bedrooms at Seabrook.

    The master bedroom, with ensuite and small super-king four-poster bed, has sliding doors to access the deck.

    There’s another King size double room, a twin room, a bunk-bed room and family bathroom with bath and shower over on this level.

    Up the bespoke, hand-crafted staircase there’s another king sized double room.

  • Outside there’s a wrap-around deck, with group dining and lounging. Or take breakfast for 2 at the bistro table in the morning sun, or an afternoon nap on the sun loungers. Next to the hot-tub there’s a heated outdoor shower. Step down from the deck and there’s a large, enclosed lawn. You’ll also find the wetsuit/doggy wash down here; essential for when you’ve returned from the beach and local walks.

  • Parking for 3 cars on driveway.

    Please note that electric vehicle charging is possible at this property from the mains outdoor socket. Please contact Toad-Hall Cottages to use this. £20.00 charge per week.

  • Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels). Heating by air source heat pump. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate.
